International Work Experience Group (IWEG) helps companies with staffing solutions in many areas including hospitality and retail through recruitment of international students to fill roles for paid employment. Participants come to the USA on J-1 visas in strict compliance with US regulations. Short-term seasonal staffing (up to 4 months) is provided through Work & Travel program in which students come on their university breaks. Interns are current students or recent university graduates who can work for up to 12 months.
